How To Use
Take 4 capsules daily, ideally split as 2 in the morning and 2 in the evening with food.
New to inositol? Start with 1–2 capsules a day and work your way up to 4 over a few days.
Capsules may be opened and added to food or drink — iron may cause a slight metallic taste.
