How To Use

Take 4 capsules daily, ideally split as 2 in the morning and 2 in the evening with food.

Pretty good!

I have pcos and have used it for a month now, have not gotten my period naturally yet but I think its a good product and after using it for 3 months I will write another review.

I suffer from PCOS and since the last 2 years suddenly my periods had become irregular. I started taking these well over 6 months ago and my periods became regular. Then 2 months into trying for a baby, I got pregnant! Definitely think it's cause of the inositol.

I’ve been wanting to review for awhile now I have never had a regular period in my life for as long as I can remember. Taking the pre and post natal formula for about 8 months now and I’ve had 6 periods on time!!! It has also helped with inflammation on my face and body. Generally I feel like I have more energy as well. I’m hoping the regular periods will result in a pregnancy soon. I wish I’d tried this sooner!
