How To Use
- Take 4 capsules daily of Pregnancy Formula (2 in the morning, 2 in the evening with food)
- Take 2–4 capsules daily of Magnesium Glycinate (ideally in the evening, or as needed)
Start slowly if new to inositol or magnesium. Capsules may be opened and added to food or drink.
