All of our products are formulated by a women's health expert.
High-street multivitamins are designed to top you up. They include a long list of nutrients at low doses, which is enough to help avoid deficiency but often not enough to make a meaningful difference.
We've taken a different approach. Each of our formulas focuses on a smaller number of nutrients at doses supported by published research.
If an ingredient can't be included at a meaningful dose, we leave it out and we'd rather do fewer things properly than many things poorly.

Most women tell us they notice a shift around week 8. With iron or magnesium, some women feel the benefit sooner — within days to a couple of weeks.
For formulas supporting longer-term nutritional foundations, we'd suggest giving it a full three to six months.
This is why we do 3,6 or 12 month bundles of each product.

Many of our customers take our products alongside metformin, hormonal contraception and HRT. That said, we encourage anyone on regular medication to speak to their own doctor before starting a new supplement. All of our products are vegan, with one exception — Inositol Infusion+ which is vegetarian. Everything else in the range is fully vegan.
On fillers: we don't add artificial fillers or binders to any of our formulas. We also declare every ingredient on the label, including carriers — something many brands leave off. If it's in the capsule, it's on the label.
