My periods have got reular afrter taking this medication now they come exactly every 4 weeks withoiut fail and they are less heavy and not painful. I am pleased with this the only thing I don't like are the big capsule sizes so I put thwe powder in water and drink it instead.
I have PCOS and my skin does seem to clear up when I take this. Periods are a bit more consistent, with less pain. But nutrition has been important too
I feel more energetic and I have noticed my dark circles are getting better after strarting this.

I have tried a few different inositol supplements and these are the best designed. The capsule format is much better than the big chalky tablets or powders I have tried before. You switched between 2 products in this time, so there was never a period you were on one product for 90 days. You also sent over 100 emails to us asking for medical advice which we could not give but we spent time answering as soon as we could. This was originally a 5 star review because you noticed a change but you rescinded it as soon as Dr. Amina stated she could not give you medical advice. We are a supplement brand we are not a medical clinic we tried our best to respond to every single email you sent.
I have been raking this just for about a month, but feel more energetic and at the same more grounded. I hope it just gets better in time.
