Really helped with recovery, I’ve been running more recently and have been running this on my quads and calf’s after shower and really noticed I’m not as achy the next day
I’ve been using this for a month and noticed my energy levels are much better; my main issue with PCOS is the weight, hoping that with continued use and the current healthy lifestyle I will begin to see and feel a difference
I had only purchased 1 bottle, so I couldn't see/feel the difference. But one thing g I dis notice, was that when I took them in the evenings, before sleep, I slept very well.
I have pcos and have used it for a month now, have not gotten my period naturally yet but I think its a good product and after using it for 3 months I will write another review.
I’m not usually a fan of tablets as I sometimes struggle to swallow and these capsules are bigger but no it’s really easy to do! You don’t feel it when drinking water. Super ideal!

Secondly, I’ve been taking this for almost two months and have just had my first natural period (without using progesterone) in a very long time! The least painful period ever! These are really helping regulate my periods!
Been taking it for a month. Very easy to swallow and Pcos symptoms have decreased.
I started taking this a few months ago but inconsistently and of course didn’t see much changes. I think after the 2nd month of taking it consistently with food, I l’ve had a bleed which I didn’t have for 4 months. Before this i was on Birth control. I have now had another bleed. This is the first time I’ve had a 32 day cycle since being diagnosed with PCOS…I’m very impressed !!! I think it’s been working wonders alongside having an active lifestyle e.g. walking more and gym. It does take a while but i recommend being consistent with it and taking it with food for best results. I am really pleased with this product and I’d never thought anything would work for my extremely irregular cycles.

You have to stick with it for a while but it definitely helps with metabolism. I'm glad this formula has no filler, I tried a different brand first and this is superior. Highly recommend!
