The single effect that I saw until now is the fact that the monthly pain it is reduced but still have irregular periods. Maybe i need more time.
Great product! I’ve noticed a real improvement in my breakouts, and my periods have also been much less painful.
It helps me with my mood and my peroid problems not drastically but i can feel the changes
I don’t think I will go back to another brand! I love them! I could really tell magnesium glycinate start to make a difference. I also love the information that was sent prior to my package getting here. How long the inositol takes until you start to see the difference and what to if you accidentally skip a day!

Im happy but not sure. I had try other myo d chiro inositol 2 months before and i took 4 pills each morning and feel really better and start to loosin weight .... but now with 2 in the morning and 2 in the evening its seem less efective ... maybe i need to take 4 in the morning?
Great iron supplement. Easy on the stomach and felt more energised after taking them for a month or so.

I've been taking this lovely duo for over a year now. They keep my weight stable and improve my sleep. My PCOS is not as bad as it used to be either.
Really like the mix of vitamins with Iron being dominant. I feel better for taking them and they have seen me through a recent surgery. Will keep buying this brand.

Honestly this product is amazing, my only regret is not taking it sooner. I have all the main symptoms of PMOS/PCOS. In particular something I have struggled with apart from hirsutism is acne. And all I can say is wow my skin is starting to clear up in under a month’s use. I’m honestly so pleased. My cravings are becoming less intense, very much looking forward to the next couple of months when the full affects kick in. Thank you Dr Amina x
