Iron bisglycinate is a well absorbed and tolerable form of iron.

Yes. Iron & Energy Restore can be taken alongside other PolyBiotics products such as Inositol Infusion Plus or Magnesium Glycinate.
Our pregnancy formula already contains similar ingredients so we don't recommend taking this alongside it.

Folate and vitamin B12 are essential for normal red blood cell formation. Iron works alongside these nutrients — so including them helps support the body’s natural blood-building processes more completely.

Take one capsule daily with food. Some people prefer taking iron earlier in the day, but consistency matters more than timing.

Some people have reduced ability to convert standard forms of folic acid and vitamin B12 into their active forms. We use 5-MTHF (methylated folate) and methylcobalamin so the nutrients are already in forms the body can use directly.
